Partner Program Terms
Last updated October 2026
These terms describe the Asenta One referral partner program in outline. Precise compensation terms are set out in the written partner agreement each approved partner signs; where the two differ, the written agreement governs.
Who can take part
- Adults in the United States who apply through this site and are approved by Asenta Capital LLC.
- Participation is as an independent contractor or referral partner, not as an employee, agent or representative.
What partners do
- Introduce business owners, entrepreneurs and investors who may benefit from business financing, using the referral link and tools provided.
- Describe Asenta One accurately: a business financing platform, not a bank or lender; no promises of approval, amounts, rates or timing.
- Do not quote terms, take applications on a provider’s behalf, negotiate financing, or do anything that requires a licence you do not hold. Referral-only partners do not need lending experience.
- Follow the law on marketing, including consent for texts and calls, and never use misleading claims, spam or purchased lists.
Compensation
Approved partners may become eligible for referral compensation on qualifying completed transactions attributed to their referral link, at the rate, on the timing and under the conditions in the written partner agreement. Compensation is performance-based, not guaranteed, and depends on the transaction completing, applicable law and the agreement’s terms. There is no upfront enrollment fee for the standard referral partner program.
Ending participation
Either side may end participation at any time with notice. Compensation already earned under the agreement is paid as it provides; the right to use the Asenta One name and tools ends.
Disclosure
Asenta One partners participate as independent contractors or referral partners, not employees, unless separately agreed in writing. Compensation is performance-based, not guaranteed, and subject to eligibility, written agreements, applicable regulations, and transaction completion. Participation does not authorize unlicensed lending, mortgage origination, or other regulated activities.
